Summary of Role:

Your primary mission will be to provide compassionate daily nursing care and services tailored to each resident's unique needs, as outlined in their care plan. You'll be supported by a dedicated team, ensuring that every resident feels valued and cared for.

Shift Details:

• Schedule: 4 ON 2 OFF (Part-Time)
• 2 days: 10 PM - 6 AM (7.5 hours)
• 2 days: 10 PM - 2 AM (4 hours)

Compensation:

Wage: $18 - $20 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Perform household services essential to health care, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Encourage residents to engage in leisure activities and socialize.
• Observe and document residents' health and emotional conditions, reporting changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and emergency situations.
• Promote a safe environment by following infection control practices.
• Assist residents with mobility and transportation for appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Tactful communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.

Education and Experience:

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or a licensed Medication Assistant.
• Preferred: 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
