Overview VTG is seeking an Ops Support Systems Integrator to support mission-focused operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented. Key Responsibilities Review and optimize business operations for the mission-focused group. Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's mission and core activities. Support strategic planning and manage key projects. Engage with stakeholders within the organization and external partners. Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and track performance metrics to meet organizational goals. Conduct research as needed. Provide weekly reports on projects. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Coordinate with partners on shared projects. Handle internal communications and coordinate meetings using the customer's primary communication systems. Requirements TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Minimum of 5 years managing projects for this customer. Experience with sensitive projects and relevant regulations. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent writing and briefing skills. Desired Skills Language proficiency. Basic understanding of mission center culture. Experience initiating non-traditional projects within this organization.
