Join New Hampshire’s Roofing Leader
Master Roofers, a trusted name in residential and specialty roofing, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Roofing Superintendent to lead our sloped roof and skylight installations. This is a hands-on supervisory role where craftsmanship meets leadership.

Supervise and participate in the installation, replacement, and repair of sloped roofs and skylights.
Install a variety of roofing materials including shingles, metal, foam, slate, tile, and more.
Perform site introductions, review pre-construction checklists, and ensure proper material deliveries.
Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular updates via our company CRM.
Oversee subcontractors and direct labor, ensuring installations meet our top-tier standards.
Track hours, materials, and costs for job accuracy and submit reports in CRM.
Complete final walkthroughs with clients, ensuring satisfaction and quality through our zero-defect checklist.
Ensure job sites are clean and safe, and handle final removal of equipment and dumpsters.
Represent Master Roofers professionally and lead by example in the field.
Minimum 4 years of roofing experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Strong understanding of sloped roofing systems and skylight installations.
Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, estimates, and job specifications.
Physical ability to perform roofing work in all weather conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders/scaffolding, kneeling, etc.).
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with iPads/tablets, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based project management tools.
OSHA safety knowledge and roofing certifications are a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Competitive Pay : $25–$35 per hour based on experience
