Job Overview

Position: School Counselor or Social Worker
Type: Full & Part-time | Location: Philadelphia, PA

We are on the lookout for multiple PA Certified School Counselors, PA Licensed Social Workers , or PA Licensed Professional Counselors to serve as Family Connection Liaisons for non-public elementary and high school students this school year.

Your Role in Students' Lives

As a vital advocate, mentor, and difference-maker, you will:

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling, along with group guidance lessons and consultations.
• Collaborate with school personnel and parents/guardians to create tailored interventions for eligible students.
• Refer students and families to suitable community agencies.
• Conduct parent involvement workshops.
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements set by the School District and Catapult Learning.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate who meets the following qualifications:

• Active PA School Counseling Certification, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Compliance with state and local licensure and pre-employment screening.
• Proficiency in navigating online platforms for record keeping and communication.
