We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the most talented team in the Creator Economy and are looking for a Staff UX Researcher to support our mission.This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.About the Role :Define and execute on the research roadmap.Design, conduct, and present research across key product areas within our creator and member product teams, using the appropriate methods such as surveys, concept testing, usability testing, and in-depth interviews.Work with designers, product managers, and engineers to inform product direction based on research findings.Partner with data science to pair qualitative context with quantitative insights.Present research results and recommendations across the company.
