Join Our National Network as a Part Time/Full Time Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP). As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team committed to excellence. Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs. Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications. Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes. Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4-5 patients per hour. Qualifications include Medical/Master’s degree with valid state license and national certification for Physician Assistant or RN license, NP certification, and valid state license for Nurse Practitioner. Requirements include valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses, ability to treat patients of all ages, and DOT Certification prior to start date. Experience in ER, urgent care or similar setting (minimum 2 years) is preferred. Ability to work two full weekends per month (required for full-time clinicians). Responsibilities also include performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, minor surgical procedures, and managing daily tasks, patient callbacks, and lab results while on shift.
