As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team committed to excellence. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions; ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests including x-rays, labs, and EKGs; performing urgent care procedures such as wound closures, I&Ds, and splint applications; collaborating with peers and specialists; triaging and managing patients efficiently to maintain clinic flow. Starting as a per diem clinician offers flexibility, 401(k) match, weekend & holiday differential, vibrant culture, and a path to growth into part-time or full-time roles with additional benefits and earning potential. Qualifications include valid state license and national certification for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, valid unrestricted medical and DEA licenses, ability to treat patients of all ages, and DOT Certification prior to start date (covered by Carbon Health). Experience in ER, urgent care or similar setting (minimum 2 years) is preferred. The role requires availability to work in multiple clinic locations and some holidays. Compensation includes a per diem base rate of $69.75 - $97.00 per hour plus productivity bonus up to 28%.
