We are actively seeking a highly skilled Project Quality Manager to join our DDI team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the quality of written deliverables supporting an impactful case management system that will greatly benefit our social services agency client. As the Project Quality Manager, your main responsibilities, under the guidance of the DDI Project Manager, will include: Implementing quality management processes throughout the project lifecycle and developing or implementing quality management tools to monitor and enforce adherence to quality assurance (QA) processes for written deliverables. Implementing and enforcing quality control (QC) procedures to prevent errors and ensure consistency throughout the project, using discretion and best judgment to apply best practices as needed. Managing a repository of documented QA processes and QC procedures on SharePoint to support consistent and repeatable application of quality measures throughout all project phases, with ongoing process improvement. Collaborating with team leads to define project scope and coordinate solutions and responses. Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to resolve issues. Ensuring that the project scope is coordinated and consistently represented across all project functions, including written deliverables and schedules. Collaborating with the Technical Writer, QA Lead, PM team, and others to resolve systemic issues with written deliverables, acting as the primary reviewer and approving content before client release. Mapping essential workflows within the project. Providing quality coaching and guidance to cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or English. Strong understanding of quality management principles; experience in Lean Six Sigma preferred. Proven experience in implementing Quality Improvement and Corrective Action Plans (CAP). Expertise in project management and familiarity with project lifecycle phases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient writing and editing skills. Strong command of Word features, including styles. Experience collaborating directly with clients and developing relationships. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. Experience managing and coaching peers. Attention to detail and ability to identify potential quality issues. Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely. Willingness to travel occasionally, up to once per quarter. Note: Salary range is estimated between $38,400 and $57,600, with potential bonuses or incentives based on business needs and location.
